Tartă cu mere și cremă fină de Mascarpone

Because we know you're a fan of tarts and Mascarpone, today we come up with a delicious recipe for apple tart and fine Mascarpone cream! 😊🥧

You will need:
a lemon
5 medium apples
80 gr. powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
5 teaspoons water
3 teaspoons powdered sugar
250 gr. special organic flour
200 gr. of Mascarpone cheese
10 gr. of cinnamon flavor
155 gr. cold butter
200 ml. unbeaten cream
stainless steel wire
deep bowl
NUTS
lyophilized fruits
grater
steel baking tray with non-stick coating and removable base

You will cook like this:
You will prepare, first of all, the tart dough: you will mix the flour with 125 gr. of butter and sugar, so you get a floury meal. You will then add the yolks, one after the other, mixing after each one. After, you will add cold water and mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough to knead. You will then fold the dough obtained in food foil and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. When the time has elapsed, you will spread the dough in the tray and prick it with a toothpick, and then you will put it in the oven for 12/15 minutes, then you will take it out and you will add the next layer of the tart.

You will cook the next layer of the tart as follows: you will give the apples through a large grater after which you will drain the juice and you will harden the apples over medium heat, approx. 15 minutes, in 30 gr. of butter, after which you will add sugar and the 10 gr. of cinnamon flavor. In 15 minutes, you will add the composition over the top taken out of the oven and you will reintroduce the tray in the oven over low heat for about 50 minutes. After removing the tray from the oven, you will need to let the tart cool completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the fine cream: mix the Mascarpone cheese well with the unbeaten cream, sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, then pour the fine cream over the baked and completely cooled cake and put the tray in the fridge for a few minutes. When you take out the tart, you will decorate it with slices of apples, nuts or freeze-dried fruit.
