The prices presented on the site do not include delivery / transport fees. Delivery / transport taxes are paid additionally by the buyer at their request.

Delivery method
The delivery of the products to the Buyer is made only on the Romanian territory through the courier service. Delivery of ordered products is made within a maximum of 2 working days from its confirmation.

The products sold through the online store www.gustapro.ro that require special transport, with a temperature regime adapted to the technical quality requirements, are transported to the appropriate destination, so as to ensure their quality.

Cancellation of orders
The customer is allowed to cancel the placed order while its status is Pending or Processing.

Orders placed online can be canceled in the following cases:

Return products
