The natural gel colorant Yellow BLC, based on Beta Carotene (E160a), is specially created for coloring real chocolate, fatty masses and creams. It has a gel consistency, being easy to dose and evenly applied, without affecting the chocolate tempering process.
This colorant offers a palette of yellow pastel shades, ideal for pralines, decorative details and elegant finishes. It is fat-soluble, which makes it perfect for direct integration into the chocolate mass or creams. The product does not contain preservatives and is allergen-free.
