This powdered food colouring has a traditional, strong and intense shade, being one of the most concentrated types of powdered colouring. Due to its stability and colouring power, it is ideal for use in water-based preparations and for obtaining uniform results.

Recommended for coloring in aqueous media (beverages, syrups, gelled desserts, etc.)
Dissolve in a small amount of the mixture before use for uniform dispersion

Technical tips
